Description
We are looking for a senior professional with a strong track record in strategic Customer Success roles, experienced in managing and growing relationships with large enterprise accounts across the region. This role requires a business-oriented mindset, with a clear focus on revenue growth, customer value generation, and inspirational leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Market Expansion Drive the expansion of the Enterprise segment across the region; Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing strategic clients; Own and lead revenue growth initiatives, ensuring consistent business impact; Act as a key partner to clients, supporting their transformation journeys and maximizing value realization; Report directly to Executive Director EMEA; 2. Customer Success Strategy & Execution Define and execute a scalable Customer Success strategy aligned with business goals; Shift Customer Success from a reactive to a proactive, value-driven function; Ensure retention, expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and long-term customer satisfaction; Leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes; 3. Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop a growing Customer Success team, starting with two team members; Coach and empower the team to adopt a strategic, revenue-oriented mindset; Foster a high-performance culture aligned with BLIP’s values; Build capabilities to strengthen customer relationships and market presence; Requirements Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar leadership roles within B2B SaaS environments; Strong knowledge of the Enterprise market in LATAM; Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex client relationships; Experience working in fast-growing and dynamic environments; Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability; High adaptability and ability to learn quickly; Fluency in English and Spanish; Nice to Have Experience in AI, conversational platforms, or digital transformation solutions; Portuguese is a strong plus; Strong alignment with BLIP’s culture and values;
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving enterprise segment expansion across the region, identifying new opportunities, and owning revenue growth initiatives while acting as a key partner to clients. The incumbent will also define and execute a scalable, proactive Customer Success strategy focused on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
