We are seeking a results-driven Head of Expansion, International to lead our Europe growth strategy through the acquisition, development, and delivery of new clinics worldwide. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of expansion—site identification, real estate negotiations, construction management, capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, and launch execution—ensuring every clinic opens on time, within budget, and aligned with our brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with deep expertise in real estate and construction, coupled with a proven ability to scale operations across international markets \n Responsibilities Real Estate Strategy & Site Acquisition Construction & Clinic Delivery Clinic Launch Execution CapEx Planning & Optimization Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Requirements 10+ years of experience in real estate development, site acquisition, or expansion strategy (healthtech, retail, or multi-site operations strongly preferred). Proven track record of leading international expansion projects, ideally in regulated industries. Deep knowledge of real estate negotiations, construction management, and CapEx optimization. Strong financial acumen, with experience in multi-million-dollar capital planning. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment. \n
