About the role As our Head of Experience, you’ll be the driving force behind guest experience excellence across the Star network - setting the bar and then raising it. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level to shape our guest experience, deliver standout guest experiences, support your people and support our bold growth ambitions. -Setting the vision and standards for guest engagement, ensuring that every touchpoint exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty. -Overall responsibility and accountability of experience metrics and labour costs across the group, ensuring costs are appropriate whilst not comprising experience. -Leading the development and rollout of activations, and entertainment offerings, tailored to diverse audiences and evolving market trends. -Strengthen leadership cohesion as a key member of the Senior Operations Team -Champion health, safety, compliance, and licensing across all venues.
