House of Healthcare unites people, values, and impact in the healthcare and social services sector. We are seeking to fill this newly created position within our management team as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for the strategic management and excellent operational execution of all external recruiting. As a data-driven recruiting professional with a deep understanding of the market and processes, you will assume overall responsibility, including governance, management, and coordination with our regional centers and branches.

Strategy : You will develop recruiting strategies in line with our growth and sales requirements.
Standards : You define and optimize guidelines, SLAs and compliance requirements.
KPI & performance management for controlling recruiting channels & partners.
Pre-selection and candidate screening – this is how you stay connected to the day-to-day business of recruiting.
Communication – with local recruiters and stakeholders in the regional centers and in sales.
Standardization and digitalization – you drive the optimization of our recruiting processes and systems strategically and based on requirements.

Your profile - what you bring to the table

You have already demonstrated your commitment to operational excellence and strategic competence in external recruiting and are ready to take on overall responsibility.

High recruiting expertise as well as a strong understanding of the market and the subject matter
Strong process and systems thinking – data and KPI driven
Operational excellence in the implementation of your recruiting strategies
High level of personal responsibility , entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking
Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
Leadership skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic matrix organization
You are mobile and willing to travel within Germany ; proximity to our headquarters in Hamburg is a requirement.
