We would love you to join our team if you have the skills and attributes we are looking for as Head of Facilities.
As Head of Facilities you will be take ownership of the upkeep, maintenance, and sustainability of our sites. Lead a team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring our parks, golf courses, and amenities operate smoothly and efficiently. Drive our sustainability agenda, oversee procurement processes, and ensure continuous improvement in operational systems.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all buildings, utilities, grounds, and equipment across our holiday parks and golf clubs.
  • Lead and support Maintenance Managers at each site, holding monthly meetings to ensure consistent standards and best practices.
  • Drive the company’s sustainability strategy, ensuring environmental best practices are embedded across all parks and clubs.
  • Manage budgets and costs, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and sustainability improvements across the business.
  • Ensure effective communication with holiday homeowners, members, and team members regarding maintenance schedules, sustainability initiatives, and infrastructure projects.

THIS ROLE IS PERMANENT, WORKING 37.5 HOURS A WEEK. THIS ROLE IS BASED AT OUR GROUP SUPPORT OFFICE IN CHRISTCHURCH, BUT TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED AS PART OF THE ROLE.
