Job Description Lead the acquisition, renewal, and governance of all site operating authorizations while establishing standardized permit procedures, governing leasing/rental agreements, and ensuring disciplined document control and archiving in compliance with LEONI governance and audit requirements. Manage asset infrastructure and utilities by maintaining accurate building layouts and technical drawings, defining long-term maintenance strategies, ensuring reliable and cost-effective utility management (water, electricity, gas, sewerage), and deploying compliant fire protection and prevention systems. Deliver capital and real estate projects aligned with corporate strategy, consistently achieving on-time, within-budget, and quality-driven outcomes. Design and continuously improve governance processes, application procedures, and Work Instructions for company cars, pool cars, and driver management to enhance transparency, compliance, and operational control. Strategically manage shuttle bus operations by planning fleet size, routes, and schedules based on operational demand, while monitoring SLAs and contracts to ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction. Define manpower strategies for soft services, including staffing, shift models, and area coverage based on risk assessments, while governing external service providers to ensure alignment with contracts, Work Instructions, and compliance standards. Deliver strategic value through strengthened regulatory compliance, operational resilience, optimized asset lifecycle costs, infrastructure reliability, enhanced mobility efficiency, workforce accessibility, and improved risk management, safety culture, and governance discipline. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 10–15 years of progressive experience in Facility Management, including concept and master planning, feasibility studies, investment evaluation, financial modeling, cost optimization, project execution, governance, and facility maintenance planning. Professional command of the English language with strong communication and reporting skills. Solid expertise in construction methodologies, cost control frameworks, and risk management to safeguard project ROI and ensure efficient project delivery. Strong knowledge of sustainability and green building principles, including LEED and BREEAM standards, to support environmental responsibility and operational efficiency. Proven capability in end-to-end project governance, aligning operational, financial, and maintenance objectives with business strategies. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, municipalities, governmental authorities, and strategic partners.
