Head of Marketing, EMEA & APAC Location: London, United Kingdom or Hong Kong The Head of Marketing, EMEA & APAC is responsible for leading Clearwater’s (CWAN) regional marketing strategy and execution across two key growth regions. This role drives measurable business impact by connecting global marketing strategy to regional execution — creating programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen client relationships. As a key member of the global marketing leadership team, this role partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Communications to ensure that every initiative in EMEA and APAC directly supports business growth, client engagement, and CWAN’s market leadership. Key Responsibilities Regional Leadership & Strategy Lead Clearwater’s marketing strategy and execution across EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment to company growth priorities and regional sales goals. Translate global objectives into localized marketing plans that reflect market maturity, buyer behavior, and sector opportunity. Manage regional marketing teams across key markets — including Insurance, Hedge Fund, Asset Managers & Owners, and cross-campaign programs in EMEA and APAC. Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leaders, driving accountability for pipeline creation and acceleration. Pipeline Creation & Acceleration Build and execute programs that source new opportunities and accelerate existing deals through integrated campaigns, events, and account-based marketing initiatives. Partner with Demand Generation to extend reach through digital campaigns, content syndication, and localized nurture programs. Track and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI across both regions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure solution positioning resonates with local buyer needs and regulatory environments. Partner with Communications to drive media visibility, executive engagement, and award recognition in-region. Align with Brand & Creative to maintain a consistent and high-quality brand presence across all regional touchpoints. Contribute client and competitive insights back into global campaign design and corporate planning. Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop a team of regional marketers across EMEA and APAC. Foster collaboration, accountability, and excellence across diverse markets and time zones. Manage regional budgets tied directly to pipeline performance and event ROI. Qualifications 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including regional leadership across EMEA and/or APAC. Proven success in driving pipeline growth and influencing sales outcomes. Strong understanding of financial services, SaaS, or technology markets. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution. Experience managing regional teams and budgets across multiple geographies. Exceptional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Success in This Role Consistent growth in sourced and influenced pipeline across EMEA and APAC. Strong alignment with regional sales and leadership teams.
