The Head of Field Sales will be a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the entire field sales function across country. The Head of Field Sales will be accountable for managing and mentoring a team of Field Sales team, who in turn lead teams of executives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market expansion goals.
Key Accountabilities
Act as a key escalation point for complex client issues and maintain strong relationships with major clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with internal departments, including Operations, Customer Service, and Technology, to ensure seamless service delivery and the development of integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
