Reporting into the Country Brand Manager, you will be responsible for our Australian market across all store formats for Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids and Rubi Build and drive a culture that inspires others through purpose driven leadership Lead our Field VM team to execute Brand strategy and partner with key business stakeholders to deliver Group initiatives Lead and develop capability within your state teams that enables performance and builds an internal pipeline for future succession Embed customer excellence through elevated store experiences, commercial decision making and operational excellence Influence across the business to remove friction points and simplify processes that deliver improved experiences for our team and customer It’s more than a job.
