JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage the financial strategy for the service subsidiary, ensuring alignment with the holding company’s overall financial goals.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Swiss OR and IFRS.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax, audit, and legal obligations in Switzerland.
• Supervise and manage the finance team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial strategy, cost management, and efficiency improvements.
• Work closely with CFOs of other subsidiaries and other heads of departments to support the company’s broader strategic goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial systems, processes, and reporting accuracy.
