We are looking for a Head of Finance who doesn’t just manage the numbers, but owns the financial direction of the business. From cash flow and forecasting to tax, audits, investments, and profitability, you'll ensure we make smarter decisions, allocate capital effectively, and build a finance function that scales with the company. What You’ll Do: Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management across the business; Lead the implementation of a new accounting system and continuously improve financial processes and controls; Oversee accounting, tax compliance, audits, and relationships with external advisors; Monitor key business metrics, including LTV, profitability, and financial performance, ensuring accurate forecasts and actionable insights; Evaluate investments, new business opportunities, and strategic projects through financial modeling and analysis; Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in financial planning, accounting, tax, and audit management; Proven track record of building and improving financial processes and systems; Experience implementing or optimizing accounting, ERP, or financial systems; Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, including forecasting, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation; Strong understanding of cash flow management, business performance metrics, and financial reporting; High ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and driving business outcomes. Responsibilities
