As Finance Manager, you are responsible for the operational financial management of our German companies and work closely with our international finance team and external tax advisors.

Your responsibilities include, in particular:

• Preparation and review of outgoing invoices, as well as ensuring correct and timely invoicing.
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Active receivables management including dunning and tracking of outstanding customer receivables
• Review, recording and preparation of incoming invoices
• Ensuring accurate cost center allocation and documentation
• Assistance with liquidity planning and cash flow management
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Close collaboration with our external tax advisor
