QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) supporting finance and practice management systems in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Deep understanding of the professional services sector.
  • Deep understanding of practice management platforms (e.g. Aderant Expert), financial operations, and legal billing processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills. Able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with large-scale system upgrades, cloud transitions, and cross-functional programme delivery working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Experience working in a global business or a global role would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders across a global firm.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, effective at all levels.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ability to cope with conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
