Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead Finance and Controlling for the Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health organization in the ROPU IMETA (Regional Operating Unit India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa).
As Head of Finance for IMETA Animal Health , the job holder is responsible to effectively guide the AH Finance and Controlling organization across the region. As the interface to the Corporate AH Finance organization, the successful candidate will provide consistent support to business partners within the ROPU and across the region.
The job holder directly reports to the Head of Finance & Administration IMETA and is the direct Business Partner for the IMETA Head for Animal Health.
Job location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s degree and/or Diploma Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A CPA or CFA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Finance & Controlling within a multi-national organization.
  • Experience within a wide region and/or multiple countries is an advantage.
  • Working experience within a pharmaceutical organization is a plus.
  • People management experience
  • Project management experienceStrong knowledge of Corporate and international framework with regards to regulations, policies, and processes.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance Vision.
