💡 About The Role

As our Head of Finance, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our growing tech business. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Finance will take ownership for building the frameworks necessary to support our business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, improving processes, and contributing to a fast-paced, scaling environment.

🛠 What You’ll Do

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support SaaS metric analysis - ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, ACV etc
• Maintain cash flow forecasting to stay on top of cash
• Develop financial models to identify growth opportunities.

Corporate Governance and Operational Efficiency

• Develop scalable accounting systems for global operations.
• Build out and refine processes and procedures to ensure the way we do things are growing as fast as the business
• Collaborate with external tax advisors for compliance.
• Lead the Tax R&D program
• Optimise current treasury practices to manage cash and investments.
