Job Description Reporting into the GM Finance, and working in close partnership with the Head of Reporting & Continuous Improvement, this role sits at the critical intersection of Finance and Technology. You will take ownership of our finance-related technology, Oracle ERP, and in particular, the Retail module. Your focus will be on ensuring our systems are robust, reliable, and fit for purpose — enabling performance, supporting compliance, and providing the scalability needed for future growth. Key responsibilities will include: Strategic Systems Leadership Develop and deliver the Finance Systems Strategy in conjunction with the Head of Reporting & Continuous Improvement Act as the key liaison between Finance, Tech, and vendors Oracle ERP Ownership Own and optimise Oracle ERP functionality with particular emphasis on the Retail module Represent Finance in governance forums and architecture groups Finance Process Excellence Drive automation and best practice across finance processes Strengthen internal controls and reporting capabilities Project Delivery & Change Lead system-related projects end-to-end Ensure data integrity and support user adoption Stakeholder Engagement Translate finance needs into functional specs Provide training, documentation, and expert support Team Leadership (x4 direct reports) Build and mentor a collaborative, enterprise-minded team Qualifications CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification Deep experience with Oracle ERP in a finance context – particularly Retail and Fusion modules Strong understanding of finance processes and controls Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills A commercial mindset and passion for system optimisation Experience with BI tools, SQL, or large-scale transformations would be a bonus Additional Information We offer a range of benefits to support your lifestyle and career: Team member discounts across all our brands Birthday leave Free parking at our North Shore support office Hybrid working – up to 2 days WFH Onsite gym and café Wellbeing support and development opportunities This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance systems in a business that’s resetting for growth.
