Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation
Oversee all financial functions across Technology Development Providers and company clients
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reports, quarterly financial reports, annual statutory accounts, and consolidated financial statements
Manage all banking and treasury functions including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
Oversee corporate income tax, GST, payroll tax, betting taxes, and tax planning
Lead and mentor the finance team and build a high-performance finance function
