Head of Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the development and monitoring of company budgets and financial forecasts
• Analysis of relevant key performance indicators and derivation of concrete recommendations for management.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal accounting guidelines
• Controlling cash flow management and ensuring liquidity
• Active cost control and identification of potential savings
• Risk monitoring and ensuring compliance requirements
• Management and development of employees in the area of ​​finance & controlling
• Close collaboration with sales and product management on business management issues

Our requirements:

• Completed studies in business administration, finance or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in finance and controlling, ideally in a management position
• Solid knowledge of accounting (German Commercial Code) and controlling
