The role operates in a matrix structure and partners closely with the Taiwan General Manager and regional APAC Finance and FP&A teams. The position has broad interaction across local functions and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and professional service providers, with direct impact on financial performance, compliance, internal controls, and cash flow management.
Responsibilities
The Head of Finance leads the financial stewardship, planning, and reporting for the Taiwan business, overseeing an operation of USD 26–30 million. The role partners with the Country Manager and regional teams to drive financial discipline and sustainable growth.
