As Head of Finance for Digital Industries (DI) Denmark and Nordic Business Controller for Motion Control (MC) you are the key player in supporting the profitable growth journey for DI and MC in close collaboration with the sales teams across.
You will be responsible for business support, business performance analysis and P&L management of the business.
You will lead the preparation and consolidation of the financial planning. This is crucial for proper focus on the right business drivers- while ensuring that management has the best possible actionable analysis to evaluate & drive business performance, including monitoring cash flow forecast and transaction data for identifying potential risks and improving procedures.
You will communicate & cooperate with many stakeholders both within Denmark, Nordics as well as with the Headquarter. Furthermore, you are expected to develop the business, performance management processes, tools, and ways of working.
Also, you will coach and develop your Finance team and ensure that the team are best in class in business partnering, developing state of the art processes and providing month-end closing and all other required management reports.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• You have a master’s degree within Economics and/or Finance together with 5 years of experience from a similar position.
• Commercial controlling is an essential competence and your strong skills in Power BI, SAC, Excel and SAP will help you quickly get into your role.
• You are fluent in English and fluent in another Scandinavian language is preferable.
• Experience from working in an international matrix environment is key and an interest to work in an international context is a plus.
• You have strong leadership skills and know how to create a motivating environment directing financial planning and strategy.
• As a person you are analytical, and you have a strong business acumen coupled with an interest to drive both business & P&L performance together with your main stakeholders.
• You are proactive and thrive in ever-changing environment.
• You enjoy working with high complexity tasks and are solution oriented.
• You find excitement in working with many stakeholders and you can communicate with people across all organizational levels and functions.
• You have a mindset of simplifying and optimizing your work and the work you do with stakeholders and challenge status quo. Finally, you have a
  can-do attitude and the willingness to walk the extra mile when and if needed.
