As nilo’s Head of Finance, you will report directly to our Co-Founder & CFO and will work closely with the core management team and our investors. This role combines full responsibility for the finance function with hands-on work.

• 5+ years of experience in finance roles with increasing responsibility — ideally in fast-growing, dynamic companies, with leadership exposure
• A track record of working closely with executive teams and founders
• Strong analytical skills paired with a precise, detail-oriented working style — without ever losing sight of the bigger picture
• A high sense of responsibility and commitment to safeguarding the company’s financial health and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
• A solution-oriented mindset, pragmatic “can-do” attitude, and eagerness to keep learning
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and German
