MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in senior financial management roles.
• Experience as “kaufmännische Leitung”, leading accounting and controlling teams.
• Deep understanding of German financial regulations, tax law, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to link financial insights to business objectives.
• International Tax and Transfer Pricing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in German and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience working in a global, matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile methodologies.

As we continue to expand our operations in Hamburg and globally, we are seeking an experienced Head of Finance Germany to lead our German Finance team. In this role you will be a key member of our local management team, reporting directly to our VP Finance. You will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and providing strategic insights to drive profitability and growth.
