Description
Our client a games aggregator is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team This role will manage key accounting functions and reporting, ensuring good governance and sound accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, month-end cycle, recording of IP, accounts payable and accounts receivable, inter-company reconciliations of the Group Managing the calculation of client revenue share, preparation of supporting schedules and posting of sales invoices in Dynamics365 Monitoring of cash flows, payments, and management of bank accounts Preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory filings Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal financial controls Assisting the CFO with the company’s financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis Assisting with statutory audits, preparation of financial statements and other regulatory submissions. Any additional finance related tasks which may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, ACA or a similar qualification A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, preferably in the Gaming industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications Organised and detail-oriented person Self-motivated with an ability to manage and prioritise own workload
