We’re looking for a strategic and hands on Head of Finance to lead our finance function at the intersection of SaaS, AI, payments, and embedded fintech.

This role is ideal for a finance leader who understands the demands of scaling a recurring revenue business while navigating the added complexity of billing infrastructure, payment flows, revenue recognition, cash management, and financial systems. You’ll own the finance foundation of the business while helping drive smarter planning, stronger economics, and more scalable operations.

As a key partner to the CFO and executive team, you’ll help turn financial data into decision making advantage, building a finance function that is rigorous, modern, and growth ready.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

Lead the Finance Function

  • Lead and develop a high performing finance team across accounting, FP&A, billing, treasury, and finance operations
  • Build strong operating rhythms, clear accountability, and scalable team structures
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence, empowering the team to grow and take ownership
  • Build organizational capability by attracting top talent, developing future leaders, and creating scalable team structures
  • Partner closely with the CFO and cross functional leaders on company priorities and execution
  • Champion cross functional collaboration and lead through change in a fast growing, technology driven environment

Own Financial Reporting, Control & Compliance

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close with a focus on speed, accuracy, and control
  • Ensure compliant reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and governance across a growing multi entity environment
  • Deliver executive, board, and investor ready reporting

Drive Planning, Performance & Unit Economics

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, long range planning, and scenario modeling
  • Build driver based models around key SaaS and fintech metrics including ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC, LTV, churn, cash burn, and EBITDA
  • Provide clear insight into business performance, investment tradeoffs, and growth efficiency
  • Support pricing, packaging, capital allocation, and strategic initiative planning

Oversee Billing, Revenue & Treasury

  • Oversee billing operations, collections, reconciliations, and revenue reporting
  • Ensure strong revenue recognition practices under ASC 606 and IFRS 15
  • Partner on pricing and monetization changes, especially where product and payments flows affect revenue treatment
  • Manage banking relationships, liquidity, cash positioning, and FX exposure where relevant
