As one of the UK’s leading independent motor claims management companies, Lemonaid is on an unstoppable growth trajectory, already commanding 7% of the market and on track to double in size over the next five years.
Recently voted as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work 2025 by The Sunday Times, Lemonaid is more than just a business—it’s a community. With an Excellent rating on Trustpilot, a strong commitment to supporting local charities and CSR initiatives, and a culture that celebrates and uplifts its people, this is a company where your impact will be recognised and your growth supported.

THEIR MISSION?

To provide fast and effective claims solutions for Insurance Brokers, MGAs, and Insurers through seamless communication links that capture human touchpoints, enhanced by forward-thinking technology.
Under the visionary leadership of the Founder and Managing Director, this business is not just growing—it’s accelerating. Now, they’re seeking a relentless, commercially sharp finance leader to take the wheel of their finance function and drive it into the future.
This business-critical, high-impact role is at the heart of the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll bring focused financial insight, strategic acumen, and a passion for performance to influence key decisions across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. You won’t just report the numbers—you’ll shape the story behind them.
In this newly created role, you’ll have the opportunity to build, lead, and energise the finance function from the ground up. From mentoring the Assistant Accountant to optimising analytics models and systems, your work will empower the business to make fast, smart, and confident decisions.
If you’re a driven, dynamic, and high-energy finance professional ready to make a real impact, this is your moment.
