Finance Manager - Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Not-for-Profit in Barnsley
Inclusive Consulting is proud to collaborate with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation based in Barnsley to recruit a dynamic Finance Manager.
This pivotal leadership role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the organisation’s growth, development, and financial sustainability. As part of the newly established Senior Leadership Team, you will lead all in-house financial operations, oversee financial management systems, and help shape efficient policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategy to ensure the organisation’s long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to foster a positive and trustworthy leadership culture.
- Present and explain complex financial data to non-financial managers in a clear, actionable manner.
- Oversee financial management systems and implement efficient processes to maximise organisational impact.
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional, ideally with a background in charity accounting. Whether you’re ACA, ACCA, CIMA-qualified, or QBE (Qualified by Experience), this role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation.
