As our Head of Finance, you will be the a strategic financial partner to the Executive Team, overseeing a 40‑strong global finance function across 16 international entities. Job Description Head of Finance is a global role within our Finance and Corporate Services Leadership Team in addition to being accountable for our financial strategies and execution, you will be part of a leadership team responsible for Strategic Programme delivery, Legal and Risk, Enterprise Technology including our approach to AI, and our Procurement and Supply Chain strategies. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Proven financial leadership experience in mid to large multinational businesses. Strong commercial mindset; skilled at simplifying complexity and influencing senior leaders. Experienced in transformation, improving systems, processes and financial governance. Expertise in forecasting, scenario modelling, KPI analysis and global statutory, tax, treasury and cash management. Qualified accountant with significant experience in multi‑currency, international environments (UK, USA, Europe ideal).
