Description
  • The roleOwn budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, giving management clear visibility of financial performance
  • Lead liquidity planning and cash flow management, and negotiate with banks and financing partners
  • Oversee project controlling and the accounting function, including monthly and annual financial statements
  • Prepare the metrics, analyses and decision frameworks the CEO and executive team need, and turn them into clear recommendations
  • Lead and develop the Finance/Accounting team
  • Continue to build out finance processes, structures and systems as the company grows
  • Act as sparring partner to the CEO on investments, growth decisions and strategy


  • About youStrong grounding in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow/liquidity management
  • Several years of experience in finance, controlling or accounting, including leading a team
  • Confident with the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (DATEV is a plus)
  • Background in a manufacturing or technical engineering environment
  • Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, controlling or equivalent
