Our client, a rapidly expanding player in the iGaming industry, is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join their ambitious and collaborative team. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic planning, and supporting commercial growth. This role combines leadership, financial control, and business partnership responsibilities, offering a real opportunity to influence company-wide decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Lead the full budgeting and forecasting cycle, including annual budgets, quarterly updates, and multi-year financial planning. Manage all financial reporting deliverables, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and performance KPIs. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions in collaboration with BI and department leads. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across financial systems and workflows. Partner closely with the CFO on risk management, financial modelling, and corporate finance activities such as investments or expansion initiatives. Oversee banking and treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management and supporting entry into new markets. Build and nurture a strong finance team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Champion a business partnering mindset, enabling finance to act as a strategic advisor across the organization. Assist the CFO and executive leadership with strategic projects and ad hoc initiatives. Requirements: Fully qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the iGaming or technology sectors and in a senior leadership capacity. Proven experience in business partnering, financial reporting, and commercial decision support. Strong understanding of IFRS, financial controls, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with banking and PSP operations, including international financial processes. Hands-on experience with modern accounting systems (such as Xero) and strong proficiency in Excel. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
