The opportunityReporting to the regional finance leadership team, you will oversee the Australian finance function and act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and wider leadership team.You will play a key role in strengthening financial performance, improving commercial decision-making and ensuring robust governance across the business.

• Key responsibilitiesLead and develop the Australian finance team.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management accounting.
• Provide clear financial analysis and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve business performance.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital and financial risk.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance.
• Support business planning, investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting.
• Work closely with regional and global finance teams.
• Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

About youYou will be an experienced finance leader with a strong background in a complex, operational or multinational environment. You will be equally comfortable working at a strategic level and engaging with the detail required to support effective business decisions.

• You are likely to bring:A relevant accounting qualification, such as CA or CPA.
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership position.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability.
