• Ensuring meaningful financial reporting for management.
• Professional leadership and further development of the finance team
• Prospective assumption of disciplinary management responsibility
• Control and optimization of ongoing financial accounting
• Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts and liquidity management
• Analysis of key business figures and derivation of well-founded recommendations for action.
• Identification and implementation of optimization and digitization measures
• Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, banks and other external partners
• Close collaboration with management on strategic and operational financial issues

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance, accounting, and controlling.
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Solid knowledge in the preparation of annual financial statements and in financial reporting.
• Prior experience in professional leadership is an advantage.
• Strong interest in developing into a leadership role
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work
• High affinity for numbers and analytical skills
• Sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
