WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of the local senior leadership team, you will play a key role in the continued success and growth of the business. The Head of Finance will assume overall responsibility for strategic and operational finance both in the local Finance team and in partnership with the Division Finance team, Group Finance team, and Group Finance Shared Service Centre.
The main responsibilities include the preparation and review of company results within a strong financial control environment, financial planning and reporting, and the presentation of these to both local management and the Division Board. A close relationship with the operational and commercial teams will be required to develop budgets, gather regular forecast information, monitor risks for mitigation and maximise opportunities, conduct month end trading, review balance sheet positions and prepare forecast cashflows and associated variance analysis.
