  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
  • Proven track record in commercial finance roles, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Customer, or Commercial analysis.
  • Good understanding of marketing metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and their link to P&L performance, with excellent analytical, modelling, and presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, balancing financial discipline with commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Marketing spend, ensuring alignment with company strategy and budget
  • Partner with the Marketing leadership to evaluate the efficiency and ROI of campaigns, channels, and initiatives.
  • Drive financial challenge and support decision-making on media planning, digital spend, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional activities
  • Support the budgeting and profit planning process, ensuring marketing assumptions are realistic and aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Commercial department, FP&A, and BI teams to integrate marketing data into broader P&L analysis
  • Provide strategic recommendations on spend optimisation, pricing of campaigns, and customer segmentation.
