We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to join our leadership team in the fast-paced world of FMCG meal kit manufacturing. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our business, ensuring sustainable growth and delivering value for our stakeholders.
This is a senior leadership position where you’ll manage more than just the numbers - you’ll influence decisions, foster innovation and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive operational and financial excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or a related sector.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-evolving business environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in financial planning, reporting and data-driven decision-making. While you don’t have to be a CPA/CA, we will test your accounting knowledge thoroughly.
  • Leadership & Influence: A track record of successfully leading teams, driving change, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FMCG, manufacturing, or food production industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and market positioning.
  • Performance Management: Monitor financial performance, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial reports to the CEO, Board, as well as local and global leadership teams to guide decision-making.
  • Risk Management, Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and managing risks as well as managing tax and audit requirements
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operational and leadership teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
