Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Oversee accounting operations, financial controls, audits and statutory compliance.
Manage tax obligations, banking relationships and cash flow.

Monitor budgets, project costs and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.

Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, audit and tax compliance.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
Experience in cost management, project financial oversight and process improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in financial management systems, ERP platforms and digital reporting tools.
A proactive approach to change management, innovation and continuous improvement.
Desirable: Italian language / written skills
