You’ll lead the full Finance and Treasury function for Westpac Papua New Guinea, shaping how the business performs today and how it grows sustainably into the future. Based in Port Moresby, this is a full‑time leadership role where you’ll partner closely with the PNG Country Head, GM Pacific and Group Finance, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through a 2–3 year assignment. You’ll use your strong leadership and stakeholder influence to drive accountability across Treasury, balance sheet management, regulatory reporting and financial planning- leading budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning with clarity and purpose. What do I need? You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Senior leadership experience across Finance and Treasury within a regulated banking environment Deep capability in liquidity management, ALM, balance sheet optimisation and prudential regulation Proven ownership of financial control, FP&A, performance reporting and governance Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and regulators Demonstrated people leadership building high‑performing, multidisciplinary finance teams, supported by a degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field (CPA, CFA or FINSIA preferred).
