Job Description The Head of Finance Shared Service Centre will manage all of the teams in the Global Finance Shared Service Centre. Expertise in General Accounts, AP, AR, Treasury will help the team in Bangalore and will be responsible for delivery of all the services to the multiple regions we will be supporting. This is an integral role and requires accurate execution, and a strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities will include: Manage the team to address all performance issues Be the key contact with the Global SSC Director and other stakeholders Liaise with Regional SSC contacts as a key point of contact Support month end closing Maintain audit-ready documentation Develop and adhere to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
