We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic finance director to join our leadership team at a dynamic and growing £30m turnover group based in Edinburgh. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving business growth, shaping financial strategy, and providing leadership across the business and support to the Managing Director. The role will require collaboration with teams in all areas of the business and a hands-on approach within the Finance Function initially.

· Partner with Managing Director to shape and deliver the long-term business strategy.
· Provide financial insight and analysis to support key business decisions and growth initiatives.
· Identify new opportunities for revenue generation, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
· Deliver proactive analysis of revenues and costs to maximise profitability and identify risks early.
