Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee month-end, year-end and statutory reporting requirements
• Manage a small team, including shared resources
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Partner with senior leadership on strategy, performance and decision-making
• Provide financial oversight of major projects and business initiatives
• Manage cash flow forecasting
• Coordinating audit processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline processes
• Work closely with stakeholders across the broader Group
