Tasks

They manage the finance and accounting department, with the support of a small team:

- Financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable

- Periodic closing procedures according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (monthly/quarterly/annually)

- Technical management of employees

- VAT returns

- Budgeting

- Liquidity monitoring

- Preparation of statistics

- Regular communication with management

- Negotiations with banks/authorities

- Recording of fixed assets including depreciation

Requirements

- Basic commercial training

- Several years of in-depth experience in financial accounting

- Specialist training is a great advantage

- Management experience is an advantage

Computer science

Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs

Languages

German: Excellent knowledge (m/f/d) with a strong writing style;

English: Good knowledge (m/f/d)

French: Knowledge (m/f/d) is an advantage)
