Job Description

The Opportunity

At Icon Water, sound commercial and financial leadership is fundamental to delivering essential services, enabling strategic investment and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our business.

As Head of Financial Performance & Commercial, you will be a key leader within the Strategy & Finance Group, providing enterprise-wide leadership across Portfolio financial performance, commercial strategy, procurement and business partnering. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape critical business decisions, influence investment priorities and provide the commercial insight required to drive organisational performance in a complex and evolving environment.

This role enables strategic decision-making within the business. You will lead the financial and commercial agenda that supports major capital investment, operational performance and organisational growth, while balancing commercial outcomes with the responsibilities of a community-focused utility.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the future direction of one of Canberra's most significant infrastructure organisations and contribute to decisions that will shape the region for decades to come.
