That is the task

• You will take over local finance responsibility for Miele Austria and be the commercial co-pilot of the Country Manager.
• As a member of the local management team, you are closely involved in the strategic decision-making of the sales company.
• Together with Sales, Marketing and Service, you translate the strategy and operational developments into reliable P&L scenarios and management recommendations.
• You are responsible for forecasts, budget, medium-term planning, as well as reliable management analyses, scenarios, and business cases.
• Together with DACH Finance, you will further develop reporting, governance, internal controls and overarching finance processes.
• You are locally responsible for the areas of facility management, procurement and legal, and ensure cooperation with regional specialist functions.
• You lead and develop your team with a clear focus on performance, collaboration, and personal responsibility.
• You use modern BI, automation, and AI solutions to improve analytics and make finance work more efficient.
