You will take over local finance responsibility for Miele Austria and be the commercial co-pilot of the Country Manager.
As a member of the local management team, you are closely involved in the strategic decision-making of the sales company.
Together with Sales, Marketing and Service, you translate the strategy and operational developments into reliable P&L scenarios and management recommendations.
You are responsible for forecasts, budget, medium-term planning, as well as reliable management analyses, scenarios, and business cases.
Together with DACH Finance, you will further develop reporting, governance, internal controls and overarching finance processes.
You are locally responsible for the areas of facility management, procurement and legal, and ensure cooperation with regional specialist functions.
You lead and develop your team with a clear focus on performance, collaboration, and personal responsibility.
You use modern BI, automation, and AI solutions to improve analytics and make finance work more efficient.

A completed degree in economics with a focus on finance or controlling, or a comparable qualification.
You bring sound, multi-year experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Controlling and have already managed a local P&L.
In your collaboration with management and sales, you act as a clear sparring partner and also represent uncomfortable economic positions.
You can confidently analyze complex financial relationships and translate them into understandable management recommendations.
Leadership experience is part of your profile, and you develop employees through clear feedback and reliable guidance.
You are proficient in using ERP, reporting, and BI systems; knowledge of SAP CO or SAP BW is an advantage.
You combine excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with an interest in automation, BI and AI-supported solutions.
Excellent German and English skills enable you to work confidently in Austrian and international environments.

As a commercial sparring partner to the Country Manager, you will actively contribute to shaping sales strategy, profitability, and results management.
You report directly to the Regional Finance Director DACH and functionally to the Country Manager of Miele Austria.
You control the local P&L, the cost structure, and the quality of financial decisions.
The role combines business management, commercial finance, and governance.
You will gain high visibility at Miele Austria and within the international finance organization.
