Job Title: Head of FP&ALocation: Dubai

We are supporting a leading UAE bank with the appointment of a Head of FP&A, responsible for leading financial planning, performance management and strategic finance partnering across a major banking business.This is a senior leadership position working closely with the business leadership team, providing financial insight and commercial advice to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:• Lead annual and long-term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance reviews• Provide strategic financial advice and challenge to senior business leaders• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability and performance against plan• Lead management reporting, financial analysis and performance dashboards• Support product and customer profitability analysis and business cases• Develop KPIs and provide insight into key performance drivers, risks and opportunities• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

We are looking for a senior FP&A / Finance Business Partnering leader with approximately 15+ years' experience, ideally gained within a banking environment. Strong experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and translating financial performance into commercial recommendations will be essential.
