QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in a senior finance systems role, preferably within a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting, and revenue recognition.
• Expertise in finance systems such as Netsuite, iTrent, and Salesforce (or similar platforms).
• Experience implementing automation tools (RPA, AI, machine learning) to improve finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and audit processes.
• Ability to lead complex finance transformation projects from strategy to execution.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Ability to analyse financial data flows and develop integration strategies between multiple platforms.
• Experience working in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of self-service finance reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
