We are looking for a Head of Food and Beverage Reservationsto join our F&B team @ Broadwick Soho.

• Lead the day to day reservations across multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless guest booking experiences from enquiry to arrival.
• Manage the SevenRooms platform including configuration, table management, guest profiles, tagging, reporting and integrations with POS and CRM.
• Develop strategies to maximise table occupancy and revenue across different services in all outlets.
• Manage the guest communications with regards including WhatsApp.
• Maintain and evolve guest recognition and preferences to deliver highly personalised service in alignment with our standards.
• Handle high profile and VIP bookings with discretion and professionalism, acting as the key liaison for these guests.
• Analyse reservations data to forecast demand, identify trends and optimise revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Special Guest Relations front of house team and the Hosts in the outlets with regards to all the above.
