Are you a dynamic and visionary hospitality leader ready to shape the future of food and beverage experiences at one of the UK’s most iconic resort destinations? We’re looking for a Head of Food and Beverage Operations to lead our multi-outlet F&B team, delivering exceptional guest service, driving innovation, and achieving commercial success.
As Head of Food and Beverage Operations, you’ll report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, working in close partnership to deliver the strategic vision for the department. You’ll be a key driver in aligning operational excellence with the resort’s broader goals, contributing to guest journey mapping, experience personalisation, and long-term planning.
You’ll oversee all guest-facing aspects of our F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, private dining, and on-course catering. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll collaborate across departments and lead a high-performing team to deliver memorable guest experiences while meeting key performance indicators and financial goals.
