We are looking for staff with experience in Japanese food preparation or butchery. We are a Japanese food processing company located in Mount Druitt. We produce and sell Japanese food to restaurants and retailers throughout Australia. Our main products include pork chashu for ramen, boiled eggs, fried chicken, and tamagoyaki (rolled omelette).
This position primarily involves pork chashu processing, therefore cooking or butchery experience is required. Salary will be determined based on experience. Two shifts are available to choose:
6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
or
2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
(30-minute break included)
Transportation to and from Mount Druitt train station is provided.
