JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Head of FP&A to lead our Global Financial Planning & Analysis function. This person will manage a team of two direct reports (FP&A Manager and Senior Commercial Analyst) and drive strategic financial planning initiatives. They’ll also partner closely with leadership and the Executive team to provide critical insights that guide business decisions and growth strategies. This role reports to the CFO and is a parental leave cover for 6 or 12 months.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field
  • CA, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification
  • 12-15 years of progressive finance experience with minimum 5 years in FP&A leadership roles
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience with proven track record of team development
  • SaaS/subscription business model experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with complex financial modeling capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with C-level executives
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to boards and executive committees
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts
