Description
1. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development and Maintenance Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive SOPs for all aspects of franchise operations. Ensure SOPs are clearly documented and easily accessible to franchisees. Regularly review and revise SOPs to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Provide ongoing training and support to franchisees and their staff on SOPs and best practices. Develop training materials and conduct workshops and training sessions. Monitor and audit franchise operations to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits, review performance metrics, and address compliance issues. Performance Analysis and Improvement Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for efficiency gains. Prepare performance reports and collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement improvement plans. Implement strategies to enhance operational performance and drive franchisee success. Facilitate the flow of information and feedback to continuously improve operations. Analyses requirements with the sponsor/stakeholders defining the specification with awareness of equality and diversity impact, planning, revising, implementing and evaluating on medium-to-large and/or high risk projects, coordinates a diverse team and handles changes in specification or plan to meet unexpected circumstances.
