Description

Weezie is seeking a Head of Fulfillment Operations to lead and scale our growing in-house fulfillment and customization center. This role is responsible for the end-to-end flow of order execution and customization across multiple sales channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines daily production oversight and process optimization with a growth-oriented mindset. You’ll manage a growing team across fulfillment, customization, and non-DTC operations, supported by dedicated supervisors, specialists, and leads. You’ll play a key role in scaling growing channels and emerging programs like corporate gifting and custom logo execution.
This is a cross-functional role with high visibility across the organization that requires strong teamwork and communication skills. You’ll report to the Director of Operations. Your focus: deliver measurable results, innovate and scale our systems and capabilities, set and uphold high operational standards, develop and enable your team, and continually improve throughput, quality, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Fulfillment Execution & Planning - 40%

  • Oversee and optimize all fulfillment functions, including order management, picking, customization, packing, shipping, and returns, with quality-control throughout
  • Own and improve performance KPIs, including Throughput vs Plan, On-Time Shipping %, and functional productivity metrics
  • Lead regular throughput planning and operational readiness across all fulfillment functions
  • Ensure SOP compliance, workforce coverage, and quality across all departments

Team Leadership - 30%

  • Manage, develop, and hold accountable a team of Supervisors, Specialists, and Leads
  • Translate business goals into daily and weekly operating plans with clear performance expectations
  • Champion continuous improvement using data and observation to identify gaps and through structured problem-solving, collaboration, and clear communication across individuals and teams
  • Build and optimize a team to meet the current and future demands of the business, with a focus on data-driven labor planning, hiring, staffing, scheduling, skill and competency development

Strategic Projects - 20%

  • Own strategic automation, system implementation, and long-term capacity expansion projects
  • Work with partners across the organization to evaluate feasibility of new product categories and customizations, and improved programs and customer experiences
  • Build scalable systems to support growth in volume, complexity, and product offering
  • Leverage AI/LLM tools to improve reporting, productivity, SOPs, and decision-making

Customization & Non-DTC Enablement - 10%

  • Oversee the optimization of back-end customization tools, automation, product testing, machine maintenance, and non-D2C end-to-end processes
  • Support custom logo programs, wholesale fulfillment, and corporate gifting workflows
